Our Service Area - 41 Central Florida Cities and Neighborhoods
Father and Son Air Conditioning and Duct serves 41 Central Florida cities and neighborhoods from our shop at 1612 Camerbur Drive in West Orlando.
Four counties, one honest radius.
Our base on Camerbur Drive sits just west of downtown Orlando, which puts most of Orange County, the developed parts of Seminole County, the eastern edge of Lake County, and parts of Osceola County within a practical drive. We keep the radius honest: we list the places we actually reach, name the counties they fall in, and state plainly what we don't do (see Contextual Borders below). We don't claim to blanket all of Central Florida - we claim the 41 areas on this page.
We are owner-operated by Tony Ventresca, in the HVAC trade since 1995, and his son Jon Luke Ventresca, who holds Florida license CAC1823678 and serves as the company's qualifier. If your home or small business sits inside the coverage area below, call (407) 929-3535 to request same-day service during business hours when we have availability.

These 11 communities are fully inside our service area. They don't have their own pages yet, so here is the honest local picture for each - county, drive, and what we tend to see on calls there.
Bithlo sits on the far east side of Orange County off State Road 50, a low-density area of larger lots and the cluster of broadcast towers visible from the highway. Many properties run on well water and septic, and homes are spread out rather than packed into subdivisions, so outdoor units often sit in full sun with little shade. We service residential AC and ductwork throughout Bithlo; it's a longer drive from our shop, so we confirm availability and scheduling when you call.
Chuluota - "Isle of Pines" - is a quiet, semi-rural community on the eastern edge of Seminole County near the Little Big Econ State Forest. Lots are wooded and homes are older and more spread out than in the Orlando suburbs, which means longer line sets and outdoor units working under heavy tree cover and pollen. We handle AC repair, replacement, and duct work for Chuluota homes, and we plan the drive into the day's schedule.
The Edgewater Drive corridor is the spine of College Park, just minutes from our shop. The housing here dates largely to the 1920s through the 1950s, so we frequently find aging ductwork, undersized returns, and earlier system installs that were never matched to the home's current load. Being this close to Camerbur Drive, College Park is one of the areas we can most often reach the same day for AC and duct service.
Fern Park runs along the US 17-92 corridor in southern Seminole County, a mix of mid-century single-family homes and small commercial buildings. The older residential stock often has original or lightly updated ductwork, and the commercial strip brings the kind of small-office and retail HVAC work we're licensed for as a Class B contractor. Fern Park is a straightforward drive up 17-92 from West Orlando.
Gotha is a small historic community tucked between Ocoee and Windermere, sitting on some of the higher ground in the area at roughly 95 feet of elevation. Lots tend to be larger and lined with mature oaks, and homes range from older cottages to newer custom builds. We service AC and ductwork across Gotha; the tree cover and larger lots mean we pay attention to outdoor-unit clearance and airflow.
Minneola is on the eastern edge of Lake County along US 27 and Florida's Turnpike, in the hilly terrain north of Clermont. It's a fast-growing area with a lot of newer construction near AdventHealth Minneola, alongside established lakefront homes on the Clermont chain of lakes. We cover Minneola for AC repair, replacement, and duct service, and we confirm the scheduling window given the drive west.
Montverde is a small town on the southwest shore of Lake Apopka, about 24 miles northwest of Orlando and known for Montverde Academy and its rolling, elevated terrain. Homes range from older lakeside properties to newer builds on larger lots. It's near the outer edge of our radius, so we confirm availability and scheduling when you call rather than promising an open-ended arrival time.
Princeton Street forms the cross-axis of College Park with Edgewater Drive, and the surrounding blocks share the neighborhood's 1920s–1950s housing character. We see the same pattern here as across College Park: older ductwork, smaller original returns, and systems that have been replaced piecemeal over the decades. Like the rest of College Park, it's a short, reliable drive from our shop.
Southchase is a master-planned community in south Orange County near the Orange Blossom Trail, close to the Osceola County line. Most homes date to the 1990s and 2000s, with a high share of townhomes and tighter lots, which means smaller-tonnage systems and shared-wall airflow considerations. We handle AC repair, replacement, and duct service throughout Southchase.
Tangelo Park is a compact, densely built neighborhood near International Drive and Sand Lake Road, on land that was once orange groves. Lots are small and homes sit close together, so outdoor-unit placement and airflow clearance matter. We cover Tangelo Park for residential AC and ductwork, and its central location near the tourist corridor keeps it within easy reach.
Union Park sits in east Orange County southwest of UCF, a settled residential area of mostly 1960s–1980s homes between Dean Road and the eastern stretch of State Road 50. The older systems here often need capacitor, compressor, and ductwork attention typical of homes that have run through several Florida summers. Union Park is a manageable east-side drive.

What We Don't Cover (Contextual Borders)
Being clear about what we don't do is part of doing right by you. As a Florida Class B air conditioning contractor, Father and Son focuses on residential and light-commercial HVAC. We do not take on:
If you need something on this list, tell us anyway - we'll point you toward the right kind of contractor where we can. You can verify our Florida license (CAC1823678) directly on the DBPR public license record.
Not Sure If You're In Our Area?
If your city or neighborhood is on this page, you're covered. If you're near the edges - out toward Clermont, Montverde, Chuluota, or Bithlo - call (407) 929-3535 and we'll tell you straight whether we can fit you into the same-day schedule. You can also see how we work across the metro on our Orlando AC service page or reach the team through our contact page. Most days, the person who answers the phone is Jon Luke - and the person at your door is Jon Luke or Tony.
