Same-day repair
Our AC stopped completely and we thought we'd have to replace it. Jon Luke came out, found the problem, and repaired it the same day. So thankful we didn't need a whole new system.
I called for an appointment and within one hour my AC was checked, fixed, and working. I've never had such polite, speedy, and thorough service.
Hot Saturday morning, I called, and they were prompt and professional - I actually got the son of the company. Up and running in minutes, and the price was reasonable.
Honest diagnosis, no upsell
Jon Luke patched one of our ducts - professional and honest. We'd been badly over-quoted for the same work elsewhere, and he handled it with integrity. They're our go-to now.
I'd give them 10 stars if I could - and don't confuse them with other companies that share the name. I got dozens of estimates; some lied, others sent salespeople to work me over. Not these guys.
With A/C it can be hard to find honest companies that aren't trying to get over on you. These guys came in and knocked out a big job in record time.
